Sean is a serial mobile software and internet entrepreneur with over 18 years of experience in mobile network operator VAS development and provisioning. He has serviced a number of prominent industry leaders including Vodafone, Nokia, Orange, France Telecom, TMN, Vodacom, BT, Tele2, Nortel, Cable & Wireless and Fintel. Sean is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (ACMA) and a member of both the Chartered Global Management Accountants (CGMA) and CPA Australia. He earned his Honour's Degree in Accountancy (cum laude) from the University of Stellenbosch, South Africa. Sean founded Onit Media in February 2011.
Patrick invested in and joined the CSB Engage team in December 2011, based in Singapore. Previously he was Worldwide Board Director of Saatchi & Saatchi and CEO Asia Pacific. He was at Saatchi a total of 21 years. Patrick was also Director of the Singapore Tourism Board from 2007 to 2011, and was CEO Asia Pacific South for J Walter Thompson 2004 -2007, and a Marketing Manager of Unilever South Africa. Currently Patrick is also Chairman of Archer Mobile Asia, and Chairman of MitonOptimal Asia Pacific.
Neil has been passionate about Customer Relationship Management and Loyalty for over 22 years. After gaining operational and business management experience in the Financial Management, Banking / Co-branded credit/debit cards & retail industry, he joined Glomail, one of South Africa’s leading mail-order companies Operations & Systems Director with a focus on customer experience. He founded CSB Engage (previously Endless Rewards) in 2006, on immigrating to Australia.
Chris has more than twenty years in senior management experience across the banking, financial services, food and beverage, CRM and loyalty industries. His key strengths lie in motivating and developing teams and customers, whilst firmly harnessing the entrepreneurial spirit. Chris has been instrumental and continues to be the key driver in developing the CSB business in South Africa and Asia.
Jenny is responsible for the Marketing and Client Relation’s portfolio of CSB overseeing the implementation of the CSB solutions to ensure that all clients maximise their potential from the CSB products and platforms. She is passionate about CRM and brings over 20 years of Marketing and CRM strategy and experience to CSB gained from building and marketing brands and products within the FMCG, pharmaceutical, retail, e-commerce, digital and social arenas. In addition, she has keen entrepreneurial skills having owned and managed successful businesses within the advertising and marketing industry.
Katrina is a very rounded finance personality with a Bachelor of Commerce, Master in Accounting (professional). She has experience as an Accountant at The Meat & Wine Co and Booths Partners. Her interests are arts & crafts as well as flower arrangement.
Alejandro graduated with honours as a Software Engineer in ITBA, Argentina. He enjoys developing beautiful applications, analysing requirements, designing and implementing with the latest technologies. He is a self-professed geek and a power-gamer! His favourite sports are soccer and surf.
A graduate in Software Engineer who is passionate about the latest technologies. Sir Hoe specialises in requirement analysis, design and building distributed database-driven solutions. He enjoys reading and photography during his spare time.
As a graduate in Computer Science, Mirza has worked as a Senior Developer for NSW Treasury. Mirza has been with Endless Rewards since 2010, managing and overseeing all web projects and software developments. His interests include playing chess, online games and just hanging out with friends.
Jas graduated as Computer Science Engineer from India and Masters in Information Systems from Australia. He has worked as .Net Developer for Creative Factory – Digital agency and mainly works on .Net platform using C# language. He plays badminton, loves to spend time outdoors and travel.
Ali graduated with a B.S. from the University of Wisconsin, USA and joined the Onit Media team as a marketing and communications representitive in July 2013. She has completed degrees in biology and journalism (cum laude), and has extensive experience in customer service having served in several sales positions in the US. Outside her passion for customer relations and management, Ali enjoys spending time outdoors, reading, and travelling.
With a fast developing passion in digital marketing, Dan graduated with a Bachelor of Business at the University of Technology, Sydney in 2014. After living in London for 6 months, he returned to join the CSB team. His interests range from playing cricket and running, to going to the beach and music.
After a short period as a qualified primary school teacher in South Africa, Eva has gone on to work in a number of industries from Banking and Engineering to Construction and IT Distribution. During this time she has gained skills ranging from sales, accounting and team management. Eva has attained diplomas in Human Resource Management, Bookkeeping and Practical networking as well as an A+ certification. Her skills have been gained across multiple African countries including Zambia, Lesotho, Mozambique, Botswana, Swaziland and most recently Namibia. Eva is well rounded and a great asset to the CSB Engage team.
With over 20 years experience spanning advertising, marketing and business development, across blue chip companies within automotive, FMCG, finance, insurance and beverages. Nick has a proven track record in helping brands engage with their customers, in order to drive bottom line performance. Nick is based in Singapore with his wife and two kids and has a responsibility to build the business across Asia.
Jasmine has an Executive Secretary and Administrator Diploma and over 25 years of secretarial and administrative experience. Her valuable experience comes from 13 years in serving Partners at former Arthur Andersen and subsequently Ernst & Young, over three years with L’Oreal Singapore, and in 2005 a position at RCI Singapore with Chris Joseph. Jas and Chris moved on to Endless Rewards in 2008 where Jas provides secretarial and administrative support to Chris and Patrick Pitcher. She manages the overall office administrations, taking on new projects and managing the Singapore office’s day-to-day functions.
